I love making these nice creams bowls! They taste like ice cream for me!

I make them for breakfast, but if I want to make it as a healthy dessert or as a snack, I split the recipe in two.

πŸ’™Blue Banana Sorbet:
πŸ’™ 2 Frozen Bananas 🍌:
πŸ’™ Splash of coconut milk πŸ₯₯ ;
πŸ’™ 1 tsp blue spirulina;

Blend all! Garnish with fruits, granola, nuts or any other delicious toppings!

πŸ’–Pink Berry sorbet:
πŸ’–1 Frozen Banana 🍌;
πŸ’–1 cup Frozen Berries πŸ’;
πŸ’–1/4 cup coconut milk πŸ₯₯;
πŸ’–1 tsp pitaya powder;
πŸ’–1 tsp maca powder (optional);

Blend all. and garnish with fruits, granola, nuts or any other delicious topping!

πŸ’– 1 Banana Congelada 🍌;
πŸ’– 1 xΓ­cara de frutas vermelhas congeladas πŸ’;
πŸ’– 1/4 xΓ­cara de leite de coco;
πŸ’–1 colher de chΓ‘ de pΓ³ de pitaya;
πŸ’–1 colher de chΓ‘ de maca em pΓ³ (opcional);
