Quinoa Pizza Crust

Pizza Party!! Who’s with me? 😄🍕

This recipe is very healthy, also gluten free and only requires few ingredients for the crust. You only need to remember to soak the quinoa overnight.

🍕🌱Vegan Easy Pizza crust:
🍕1 cup quinoa (soaked overnight);
🍕1 tsp apple cider vinegar🍎;
🍕1 tsp dried herbs;
🍕1 tsp garlic powder;
🍕Salt and pepper to taste;

✍🏼Drain the water in the quinoa and blend with all ingredients until a smooth dough forms. Grease the pan with olive oil and bake for 15-20min at 425F.

✍🏼Then add your favorite toppings and bake again for a few minutes.

✍🏼 TIP: If you don’t want to take the risk to stick the dough into your baking dish, I recommend baking it in parchment paper.

Now I don’t feel guilty eating pizza every Sunday Night! 🥰❤️🍕🌱🙌🏼

🇧🇷 TRADUÇÃO:

🍕🌱Pizza Vegana Saudável de Quinoa:
🍕 1 xícara de quinoa (de molho durante a noite);
🍕1 colher de chá de vinagre de maçã 🍎;
🍕1 colher de chá de ervas secas;
🍕1 colher de chá de alho em pó;
🍕 Sal e pimenta a gosto;

✍🏼 Escorra a água da quinoa e misture com todos os ingredientes até formar uma massa cremosa. Unte a forma com óleo de abacate ou azeite e asse por 15-20 minutos a 250C.

✍🏼 Em seguida, adicione suas coberturas favoritas e asse novamente por alguns minutos.

✍🏼 SUGESTÃO: Se não quiser correr o risco de grudar a massa na assadeira, recomendo assá-la em papel manteiga.
