A super healthy way to start the day with a super food smoothie!

I love making smoothies for meal prep. I just need to portion the ingredients in different bags and put them in the freezer. When I need to make the smoothie, I only need to add nut milk, nut butter if I am using it and the dry ingredients.

I normally have a handful of greens such spinach, kale, or veggies like cauliflower, zucchinis, carrots or beets. Two to three super-food powders such as spirulina, wheatgrass, chlorella, matcha, baobab, maca… And two or three fruits like bananas, pineapple, mango, berries, orange, dates…

For liquids, I like to use coconut water, nut milks, or sometimes just water if I’m using protein powder and/or nut butters.

For proteins, I like to choose two between chia seeds, hemp seeds, vegan protein powder and/or oats .

As toppings, I like to add cacao nibs, bee pollen, gojis, coconut flakes…

Spiced Tahini Smoothie

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Ingredients:
🌱1 cup nut milk or coconut water;
🌱1 handful of spinach πŸƒ;
🌱1 frozen banana 🍌 ;
🌱1 Date;
🌱1 Tbsp Tahini;
🌱1 Tbsp chia seeds ;
🌱 1 tsp Baobab (optional);
🌱 Pinch of Nutmeg;

✍🏼 Blend everything in a blender. You can add a handful of ice if desired.

✍🏼Top with any super food like unsweetened shredded coconut, bee pollen, cacao nibs… πŸ˜‹

πŸ‡§πŸ‡· Ingredientes:
🌱1 copo de leite de castanha ou Ñgua de coco;
🌱1 mΓ£o cheia de espinafre πŸƒ;
🌱1 banana congelada 🍌;
🌱1 Tamara seca;
🌱1 Colher sopa de Tahine;
🌱1 Colher Sopa semente de chia;
🌱1 Colher de chÑ de BaobÑ em pó (opcional);
🌱Pitada de Noz-moscada em pó;

✍🏼 Bata tudo no liquidificador. VocΓͺ pode adicionar um pouco de gelo, se desejar.

✍🏼 Sirva com coco ralado, pedacinhos de cacau puro… πŸ˜‹

Spiced Green Smoothie

πŸ’š 1 cup nut milk;
πŸ’š 1 handful of kale;
πŸ’š 1 frozen banana;
πŸ’š 1 date;
πŸ’š 1 Tbsp Almond butter;
πŸ’š 1 Tbsp chia seeds;
πŸ’š 1 cardamom;
πŸ’š 1 tsp spirulina;
πŸ’š 1/8 tsp cinnamon;

✍🏼 Blend everything in a blender. You can add a handful of ice if desired.

✍🏼Top with any super food like unsweetened shredded coconut, bee pollen, cacao nibs, pomegranate seeds…

πŸ’š 1 copo de leite vegano;
πŸ’š 1 punhado de couve;

πŸƒ1 handful of kale or spinach;
πŸƒ1 big slice frozen pineapple, cut it into chunks;
πŸƒ 1/2 frozen banana;
πŸƒ Coconut manna (from real coconut) or 1 Tbsp coconut butter or coconut cream from a can;
πŸƒ1 Tbsp chia seeds ;
πŸƒHandful of Mint or Basil;
πŸƒPiece of ginger;
πŸƒ1 tsp Baobab (optional);
πŸƒ1 tsp spirulina (optional);

✍🏼 Blend everything in a blender. You can add a handful of ice if desired.
