I honestly use all their products and they are an amazing company. All their shakes are VEGAN, and FREE of: Sugar, Nut and Gluten! One scoop of their shake have 15g of plant based protein, excellent source of fiber, and they are full of vitamins and nutrients such as Zinc and Magnesium. Also they provide 1 BILLION of probiotics and a blend of tons of greens!
