Vegan Protein Bars

Homemade protein bars! 💪🏽

Instead of buying protein bars I realized that making my own protein bars are better and healthier. I make them vegan with only clean ingredients.
I use @310nutrition as my protein powder and I love making them in different flavors such as PEANUT BUTTER & WHITE CHOCOLATE or ALMOND BUTTER & DARK CHOCOLATE with sea salt! 😋🍫🙌🏽

🇺🇸 Ingredients:
🍫VEGAN PROTEIN BARS:
15 bars
🍫1 1/2 cup nut butter (almond and peanut butter are my favorite ones);
🍫3/4 cup protein powder @310nutrition (I use vanilla flavor);
🍫1/4 cup pure maple syrup;
🍫1/2 tsp salt;
🍫4 oz melted vegan dark or vegan white chocolate for coating, optional;
( I used homemade white chocolate for the peanut butter and homemade dark chocolate for the almond butter);

🍫KETO PROTEIN BARS:
15 bars
🍫1 1/2 cup nut butter;
🍫1/2 cup + 1 tbsp protein powder @310Nutrition (I used vanilla);
🍫1/2 tsp salt;
🍫1/4 cup + 1/2 tbsp erythritol;
🍫4 oz sugar free chocolate chips, optional;
🍫optional add-ins of choice, such as chia seeds, hemp, shredded coconut, sprinkles of Himalayan sea salt…

👉🏽I prefer VANILLA protein 310 Nutrition powder but feel free to experiment, and adjust sweetener accordingly.
👉🏽Mix everything except chocolate together to form a dough.
👉🏽Shape into bars with your hands.
If desired, dip in or coat it with melted chocolate.
👉🏽Chill to set.

🇧🇷 Ingredientes:
🍫 BARRAS DE PROTEÍNA VEGANA:
15 barrinhas
🍫1 1/2 xícara de manteiga de amendoim (manteiga de amêndoa e amendoim são os meus favoritos);
🍫 3/4 de xícara de proteína em pó 310nutrition (eu uso sabor baunilha);
🍫 1/4 de xícara de xarope de bordo puro;
🍫 1/2 colher de chá de sal;
🍫 1/4 de xícara (4 oz) de chocolate amargo vegano derretido ou branco para cobertura, opcional;
(Usei chocolate branco caseiro para a manteiga de amendoim e chocolate amargo caseiro para a manteiga de amêndoa);

🍫 BARRAS DE PROTEÍNA SEM AÇÚCAR (KETO):
15 barrinhas
🍫 1 1/2 xícara de manteiga de amendoim;
🍫 1/2 xícara + 1 colher de sopa de proteína em pó 310Nutrition (usei baunilha);
🍫 1/2 colher de chá de sal;
🍫 1/4 xícara + 1/2 colher de sopa de eritritol;
🍫 1/4 de xícara (4oz) de chocolate sem açúcar, opcional;
🍫 Pode adicionar sementes de chia, pedacinhos de cacau, coco ralado, pitadas de sal marinho do Himalaia …
